When my grandmother needed memory care, our family was overwhelmed. We didn't know where to start, what questions to ask, or how to evaluate the dozens of options available. That experience taught me how difficult this journey can be for families.
I founded Placed By Grace to be the guide I wished we had. With over a decade of experience in senior care, I've personally visited hundreds of facilities in the Sacramento area and built relationships with the staff and administrators at each one.
My mission is simple: to help families find the right care for their loved ones with compassion, expertise, and a personal touch. Every family I work with receives the same dedication I would give to my own family.
